ABOUT
I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University Graduate School of Counseling. I have lived in the Salem area for more than 20 years where I have learned first-hand about the challenges of nurturing strong relationships with my family and community. I am thankful for my experiences with businesses, educational institutions, and communities of faith. I enjoy walking with others as they navigate through challenging circumstances, transitions, and choices. For fun I like to visit scenic Central Oregon or the coast, go on coffee dates with friends, and cheer enthusiastically at sporting events.
MY PHILOSOPHY OF CONSULTING, COUNSELING, & COACHING
We all have and leave a legacy in our families, workplaces, and communities. I want to help you optimize your wellness and your impact. I understand that the concern bringing you to counseling is not your whole story, and yet it may be having a ripple effect on your relationships, health, or work. Whether in a crisis and hurting deeply or simply seeking to tackle goals that have remained out of reach, I provide respectful, compassionate help.
I will work together with you, activating the potential of your physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual resources in reaching your goals. I seek to create a safe environment where you can learn new ways of understanding and coping with distress, both current and past. I use my expertise to ensure you don't walk through this challenging season alone. I primarily use Coaching, CBT, DBT, and EMDR to improve and optimize wellness. Therapeutic methods are carefully chosen and individualized to meet your needs. I offer confidential counseling, coaching, and consulting for a variety of goals.
My office is located in Keizer, Oregon, with ample, free parking. I also offer confidential telephone or tele-conferencing services for clients who find it difficult to travel to my office.
